Service Description

Your appointment duration will be up to 45 minutes. During this time Kate will be able to review your case and advise you on how we can provide tailored support and guidance to assist you. On submitting your booking, you will be emailed a Client Information sheet. To ensure that you get the most out of your consultation we ask that you complete and return this back to us prior to your meeting Meeting Recordings To enable us to offer AI meeting summaries, improve our record keeping and for training and quality assurance we record all meetings. If you would like to opt out please let us know at the beginning of the meeting. Disclaimer - The meeting summaries will be generated by AI through Zoom and will not be proofread by SEND Support Services so may not be 100% accurate, if you are unsure about the content in relation to the advice you have been given during your meeting please let us know. We advise that you do not rely on these summaries over the advice you have been provided during the meeting.


Cancellation Policy

Support Meetings: If you wish to cancel or change the time of your Booking with us, you must give at least 72 hours notice prior to the start time of your appointment by contacting us via email. You will be charged in full if you do not provide 72 hours notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at any time, although this would be rare. If we have to re-arrange your booking, we will contact you either by phone or email.
