New Client Consultation with Kate
Duration: 45 minutes
Service Description
Your appointment duration will be up to 45 minutes. During this time Kate will be able to review your case and advise you on how we can provide tailored support and guidance to assist you. On submitting your booking, you will be emailed a Client Information sheet. To ensure that you get the most out of your consultation we ask that you complete and return this back to us prior to your meeting
Cancellation Policy
Support Meetings: If you wish to cancel or change the time of your Booking with us, you must give at least 72 hours notice prior to the start time of your appointment by contacting us via email. You will be charged in full if you do not provide 72 hours notice. SEND Tribunal - If the Tribunal Attendance is cancelled by the client or Tribunal the amount the client will be charged is as follows: ● 1 working day before the tribunal date - £850 ● 2-5 working days before the tribunal date - £600 ● 6-10 working days before the tribunal date - £400 ● 10-14 working days before the tribunal - £200 The client must notify SEND Support Services by submitting a Tribunal Cancellation Attendance Request Form. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at any time, although this would be rare. If we have to re-arrange your booking, we will contact you either by phone or email.
