External Agencies Meeting Package

Service Description

This service is for meetings where our consultant is supporting you during a meeting with External agencies such as CAMHS, the LA, or a school. When you book this service SEND Support Services will notify you via email if we have availability for the request and invoice you accordingly. The package includes: + A voucher code to book a 1-hour preparation meeting with SEND Support Services. This should be booked at least 3 days before the meeting with the external agency. +SEND Support Services attending a meeting up to 60 minutes with an external agency such as CAMHS, the LA, or a school. If the meeting runs over 60mins, and the consultant has availability to extend the time, we will invoice for this time at the external agency meeting rate. This rate is £94 per hour. We will attend the meeting via Video Conferencing. +A voucher code to book a 15 minute debrief meeting with your consultant to discuss next steps. Meeting Recordings To enable us to offer AI meeting summaries, improve our record keeping and for training and quality assurance we record all meetings. If you would like to opt out please let us know at the beginning of the meeting. Disclaimer - The meeting summaries will be generated by AI through Zoom and will not be proofread by SEND Support Services so may not be 100% accurate, if you are unsure about the content in relation to the advice you have been given during your meeting please let us know. We advise that you do not rely on these summaries over the advice you have been provided during the meeting.
