The application will include:

An enhanced assessement of whether your EHCP is legally compliant
A completed SEND35 form.
An additional information document to accompany the application which will detail:

An in depth section by section analysis of the EHCP.
An outline of the relevant law.
Summary of your child/younge persons situation.

Template email to forward your application to the SENDIST Tribunal service.
Email to remind you of the date the Tribunal should respond with your registration documents

If you are a new client and we have not undertaken any previous work in regards to this service then you may be required to book a meeting to discuss your case and gather relevant information to assist the application.

Please note we are not currently able to attend final tribual hearings with parents. We can still however support you in the full process, if you require anymore information about this please contact us on admin@sendsupportservices.net
