The Enhanced EHCP Check will include:
- An enhanced assessment of whether the EHCP is legally compliant
- A fully annotated version of the EHCP with comment boxes referencing areas of concern.
- A parent representations letter which you can address to your Local Authority which contains an in depth section by section analysis of the EHCP in relation to referenced law and case law.
The annotated EHCP and the parent representations can be submitted to your Local Authority for use at draft stage, annual/interim review and at SEND tribunal.
Please note this service does not include cross-referencing or amending professional reports into the EHCP, this is a separate service.
