The Express EHCP Check will include:

A checklist assessment of whether the EHCP is legally compliant
A bulletpointed parent representations letter which you can address to your Local Authority which contains an analysis of Section B & F of the EHCP in relation to referenced law and case law.

The parent representations can be submitted to your Local Authority for use at draft stage, annual/interim review and at SEND tribunal.

Please note this service does not include cross-referencing or amending professional reports into the EHCP, this is a separate service.
