The application will include:

A checklist assessment of whether the EHCP is legally compliant.
A completed SEND35 form incorporating the findings of the checklist.

Template email to forward your application to the SENDIST Tribunal service.
Email to remind you of the date the Tribunal should respond with your registration documents

If you are a new client and we have not undertaken any previous work in regards to this service then you may be required to book a meeting to discuss your case and gather relevant information to assist the application.
