Our ethos at SEND Support Services is to work one to one with parents to empower them with knowledge and skills to enable them to navigate their way through the SEND system.
We work in co-production with parents/carers to support them to analyse professional reports, write their own reports and emails and prepare for meetings. We also offer support in meetings if required.
We have found that by working in this way and taking the journey through the SEND system together, parents feel stronger and more confident in their ability to advocate for their child's needs allowing their child the opportunity to meet their full potential.
Strengthening SEND Provision Through Professional Partnership
We work in partnership with education and specialist professionals to strengthen SEND provision and improve outcomes for children and young people.
Supporting Headteachers, SENCOs, Speech and Language Therapists (SaLT), Occupational Therapists (OT), and wider school teams, our approach is collaborative, practical, and rooted in real-world experience. We understand the complexities of SEND systems and the pressures professionals face in delivering high-quality, compliant provision.
